Brandon Gross

As a Certified Public Accountant, Brandon works with individuals, families, and business owners across a range of tax and accounting needs. He brings a practical and persistent approach to his work, taking the time to understand each client’s situation and work through the details carefully. Brandon also brings nearly a decade of prior professional experience working directly with clients, which shaped the way he communicates, builds relationships, and approaches service today. When a situation requires deeper research, he is comfortable asking questions, seeking additional insight, and doing what is necessary to reach a well-supported answer. He values honesty, open communication, and building lasting relationships with the people he serves.

Estefanía Gross

As an economist with more than a decade of experience across banking, financial statistics, and team leadership, Estefanía brings a strong analytical and organizational perspective to Gross Accounting. She oversees the day-to-day flow of the practice, coordinating client information, internal processes, research, and follow-up to keep each engagement organized and moving forward. Detail-oriented and naturally proactive, she has a way of seeing what needs attention and bringing structure to complex workflows. As a native Spanish speaker, Estefanía also allows the firm to serve Spanish-speaking clients in the language they feel most comfortable using.

Our experience comes from different corners of finance and accounting, but our approach is shared: careful work, thoughtful communication, and genuine responsibility to every client.
